Jayco wins the Dealer Satisfaction Award from RVDA!
Jayco truly treats their Employees, Dealers, and Customers the way they would want to be treated. A fine example of this took place on a recent Dealer Incentive trip to the Mayan Riviera. I guess I should include total strangers to the list above also. Here's why: The management of Jayco organized an unbelievable charity event for a small Mayan village, Tres Reyes. Jayco partnered up with the Friends of the Maya Foundation to help fix up the Nuevo Durango School and give them much needed supplies. Jayco gave every dealer on the trip a chance to participate. Wise Trailer Sales couldn't wait for the opportunity to give back to people in need! The majority of the dealers on the trip participated in this event. We got up early in the morning and began the couple hour bus ride to the village. When we arrived we were greeted by children who were ecstatic to see us. We broke up into groups and each group had a task to accomplish. Our group put together bikes for the children. They were for the older children who had to walk miles to get to their school. When we completed the assembly of the bike, we helped sand and paint their school desks. Other groups were busy painting rooms and the outside of their buildings, staining shutters, putting together supply kits in bookbags, and even landscaping. The transformation that took place was amazing! Before we gathered on the bus, we said our goodbyes and watched a Mayan dance. Seeing the joy in the children's eyes was very rewarding! Only Jayco and their dealers would take time out of an incentive trip for such a fantastic charity event! If they care this much about total strangers, imagine how they treat their own Jayco Family!
